The ability for us as marketers within our respective departments - customer service & marketing communications-to work together seamlessly was one area I liked best about working here! There were also many other aspects which made it very enjoyable while still being professional but friendly too (and not intimidating). It's hard sometimes when you're looking back over old emails or chats from past clients because so much has changed since then (for better/worse!). While there are some things missing such as more options regarding how often certain reports will be sent out etc., overall everything worked well enough. If your organization already uses Hubspot internally perhaps using them could help if integration issues arise between internal teams who aren't familiar yet? This would save confusion down the road by helping make sure all communication channels have similar formats / templates.
