I bought these to use with the Koomus Magnetus CD holder after changing my phone case (Nexus 6P to Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro case). Keep in mind that these are just metal plates with glue on one side and you'll need some kind of magnetic mount to use them. Magnets of any kind are not included. I prefer to attach it to the inside of the case rather than the phone itself to avoid damaging the phone, but the case I use is thicker than most others of its kind. . However, I can hold the phone on my mount just fine, but I know that's only because I like thick phone cases! The body of the phone is made of plastic and I had no problem gluing the panels to it. The phone can slip a bit on the mount when driving over bumps or rough terrain, but it hasn't been dropped once in the 9 months I've had it. The best part about this purchase is that it comes with 4 magnets. So I was able to gift one of these to my roommate, who also attached the record to the inside of his suitcase instead of directly to the phone. The difference is that his phone case is noticeably thinner and when he puts his phone on the car holder it sticks so well that it's pretty hard to take it off afterwards!
