It does it all and is stylish - the mesh material on the back is soft and cushioned - the neck strap adjusts from 24" to 44" - and the fabric used for the front and flap is a durable one , water-repellent, eye-catching parachute fabric. I am very satisfied with this passport cover and can only recommend it. PS It also has RFID blocking material just in case.
