I only removed the star because it splashes a lot and the water runs off quickly. I have to refill it 3-4 times to clean it well. I can only use it in the shower as it is very powerful on the lowest setting so the water mist spreads everywhere. It's much easier with him internally. Although i love it. I tried mouthwash. Very refreshing! I've had it for almost a month and have only charged once so far. Used every 2 days as I have sensitive teeth so the charge lasts a decent time.
