I used the XL and I'm 5' 9, 200+lbs. It pulls everything in and automatically improves my posture.The built-in butt-lift doesn't have that ridiculous obvious line that you can see on your butt, in public. It hits mid- thigh, doesn't roll up and thighs are not strangled to cut off circulation.Quality is good but I recommend handwashing and air drying to prolong life. Dryer heat will damage the elastic and fray shoulder straps. I would recommend to a friend.
