Review on Lensbaby Composer Edge Optic Nikon Camera & Photo and Lenses by John Harvieux

Get creative and artistic with Lensbaby

To say I'm a huge Lensbaby fan is an understatement, so you know my review is biased. Of course, I understand that these lenses aren't for everyone, but I definitely like what I can capture. A lot of criticism comes from people who prefer to get effects in the post rather than lenses. I love the fact that it's a manual system, which means you'll be a bit slower, which is a good thing. It will take time to get comfortable, but once you get the focus in your camera, you'll get the photos you want in no time. I enjoy a bit of sharp focus and ambient blur. You have the ability to direct the viewer's attention exactly where you want. Depending on the aperture and your positioning, the Pro Composer II will determine what your photo will look like. Lensbaby Pro Composer II with Edge 50 optics has definitely taken my photography to the next level.
