Better than expected
Bought it for my 6 year old. It's a bit big for her, but that doesn't bother me at all. The material is soft enough to be worn as a regular skirt, but can also be worn with leggings underneath. The quality for the price is excellent.

- I used this for a birthday shoot and it worked! a bit thin with the tutu material, otherwise it's cute!
