Friendly customer service team that listens to your needs and provides you with what matters most - solving them! There are no major downsides of using this software. It works well enough but I am not sure if there would be any significant benefit over other more expensive alternatives out there (eCommerce companies). If cost isn't an issue then go ahead and use it because they do offer great support at very reasonable prices. We were looking into customizing some features within our ecommerce platform as we needed additional functionality than was offered by standard modules/plugins available through third parties such as AliExpress. The friendly staff from jamersan took time to understand exactly what my requirements where and provided me with suggestions regarding how best to achieve those goals without breaking bank or coming close.
