I need to replace the power cord. The electric pen fell out.
Balancing works reasonably well; However, one of the pins fell out of the power cord! Now it's just a fancy paperweight. I can't find how to contact US Solid to resolve this issue so I'm hoping this review gets things going. (This was for a balance of 200 x 1mg).
