I had trouble connecting to my network at first. The case around the screen wasn't really fully attached when I first got it. It just had to be put together. No significant aesthetic or operational defects. Holds a charge well (so far). We bought this to be fully prepared for distance learning related to Covid. My son has had a few Zoom meetings but mostly uses it for fun. I wish the volume was louder, but it would be difficult to do in a small body. We use a Bluetooth speaker when we're watching something.
