Review on ViewSonic VX3268-2KPC-MHD Monitor: FreeSync Premium 144, Anti-Glare, and High Definition Display by Mark Mazumdar
Not just a cheap monitor, but a good monitor at a great price.
It's worth it. I really can't think of any cons as I'm not very good at handling certain details, although the 1ms mode does reduce the brightness. It's also slightly blurry, like motion blur when I play Siege, even though motion blur isn't enabled. But overall it's bright, responsive, sharp and has very intuitive monitor settings to tweak claimed aspects.
