When the first one came it only sounded a few seconds. After that, nothing I tried could make it do it. I thought it was hopeless but before I could send it back the seller asked me how it works. I was honest and she was beautiful. She sent me a new one before Revane got the one that didn't work. She sent it on purpose and it arrived two days later. The new one works! It's a good controller, a bit too slick, but everything works great. I'm glad I bought this
