Based on other reviews I ordered a large one. The large was too big so I went back and ordered a medium. I was looking for a snugger fit and a perfect fit in the midsection. I'm 5'4 165 and quite curvy. Disclaimer, if you have a big butt and love to dance, you'll be taking your dress off all night.
