I liked this product but didn't feel any difference in my clients tissue tone. It seemed to lighten my thumb a bit when I used it, but I found it awkward to work with if I was going to use it for an entire therapy session. I've had better results with other instruments like rock sticks which saved my thumbs and could feel the instrument. I still have the thumb guard but I don't use it anymore. I hope this review helps.
