I've had them for a little over a year and over the past few months I've noticed that the volume keeps dropping to the point where I'm using them in a quiet room can hardly hear . . When ambient noise is present, it's completely useless. - Original rating below. - So I need in-ear headphones as my ears don't allow regular earbuds so I figured they would fit. They're okay, but they have a few serious flaws. Pros: They sound ok, I'm not looking for anything overwhelming, they're just for listening to music on my phone to get work done. I use them for my cell phone. Calls are fine too. I have no problem hearing or being heard by other people. They also stay in place well when exercising or running. Poorly. The part that fits over the ear is made of hard plastic with no padding, so they become very uncomfortable after around 45-60 minutes of continuous use. The build quality is lacking. Silicone ear pads fall off easily and are easy to lose. The volume is acceptable for most uses, but I found it stretched to the limit when trying to use it on a plane (I know they're really cheap headphones that aren't designed for noise isolation, but still .) Ugly. You cannot use and charge them at the same time. I was on a long flight and they died halfway; No problem the seat is USB powered so I plugged it in only to find you can charge it or use it but not both at the same time. I know the best and brightest at MIT don't line up to work for Jabra, but it's still a design flaw enough that someone should have noticed. Overall they're not bad, but I wouldn't buy them again.
