Finally! I found a travel pillow that I love! After returning a couple of travel neck pillows (some were very expensive) that I couldn't use (too bulky, too hard, too smelly), I started to feel a bit like Goldilocks. I found it and made one last try. It arrived in one day, just in time for 4am, 2 hours drive and 6 hours flight. I didn't mean to take it on vacation right out of the box, but I did and I'm glad! I took it out of the carry case where it flattened into a ball and immediately took shape. There was no smell, the fabric feels nice, looks durable, very high quality, soft and easy to clean if necessary. I used it and slept for the next two hours! It was perfect for me! It has curves in all the right places. It fits behind my neck without pushing me forward (this was a big problem with other pillows). It's firm enough for support, yet soft enough for comfort. I then used it during the flight and even used an eye mask (yes my husband made fun of me) which was very comfortable and ear plugs and I was able to sleep another 2 hours. My husband then used it for the next few hours and we ordered him one to take home. Then I rolled it up, put it in a nylon bag, and strapped it to my carry-on to carry through the airport. We arrived and I was rested, free from the neck, back, or crushing headaches that traveling after a long shift can give me. The price was great and I can't say enough good things about this little pillow. I will never travel without again.
