I am over 70 and I like to hide my sometimes bruised up arms, I am 5'6" and weight 145, I usually wear a Large, because I don't like it tight anywhere, because in my mind tight makes one look larger for one thing so I ordered XL. This top fits perfect also hides the neck, it is very stretchy and has tiny ribs. I ordered navy, and have now ordered a white and black, so nice to wear under jackets and thin tops. One little con is that the sleeves are a bit long, but then it is an XL and I do have arms that are a bit short, so no worries. I do recommend it for sure. And I will hand wash like it says.
