10 days overdue when I could return them and then the headset dies. NO warning - just doesn't work anymore. So far I've enjoyed it, although the buttons were a little fiddly to use (the power button is too recessed into its hole, there are two level controls, and I've never tried to use the chat but the button Switch makes it one more maneuver if I want to use it) but since I only have 5 weeks of it I'm a little frustrated. I will not buy this brand again. I can't afford to rent it! I think there should be better brands.
