Review on EASELAND Cooling Bed Pillows [Queen Size Set Of 2] - Soft Luxury Hotel Gusseted Pillows For Sleeping, Premium Bamboo Rayon & Cooling Fabric Cover by Erin Lowe

Had my doubts at first

I bought two of these expensive queen pillows. The quilted cover is 60% Polyester, 40% Bamboo, and ivory colored. Tag on cover says 20"x30", but is actually 20"x 29" when laid flat and zipped. The shredded foam color is predominantly light blue, but there are some brownish pieces which look disgusting, like they are stained or dirty, but that might just be their normal color (I’m going to assume that), see the attached picture. The cover and liner both have an unpleasant smell from the memory foam, so had to let them air out by removing the cover and leaving the liner unzipped for a week before using (I have always had to air out memory foam mattress toppers too, because of the smell.)Each pillow was folded in half inside the box, and filled about half-way with memory foam, so I added the extra package of foam. It was hard to stuff each pillow inside my pillowcases, but they did fit, and when I saw how high and firm they were, I knew I should have left the extra stuffing out. They had no "give”, and caused neck pain (I’m a side sleeper). So I kept removing memory foam over several days until I no longer had neck pain. In the end, I really like the pillows. I tried other pillows, either too flat or too high, so being able to adjust it is the way to go. Memory foam should be aired out at the factory first, and it shouldn’t contain questionable brown pieces.
