I have other Keen sandals, all a size 8, so I ordered 8. They were too small. I send back for 8.5. The insole is soft and comfortable. The front finger strap felt snug on my thumb so I'll see if the 8.5 gets a little roomier. I hope so because I like her style. And if someone is interested, they make a "gossip" as they walk. Didn't expect it and didn't like it. updated 8.5. These fit better but I'm still not 100%. The sound of the flip flop and the straps on the front finger still annoys me. I also ordered some chacos and they were instant wow. I was hoping to keep both but they might come back forever.
