I like that this epilator is more powerful than the original and bigger. So far there is no light that could help. The battery seems to stay strong longer. The epilator is great if you have tough dark hair that needs to be pulled out as the device can grab and reach it. I mostly have peach fluff and have found that the epilator just breaks down those tiny hairs into shorter lengths. He is unable to grasp the finer hairs to really pull them out by the root.
