I have used this product to hold flare ups of lichen sclerosus at bay for a couple of years now. Nothing has controlled this ailment as well as Secret body butter, not prescribed medications nor other treatments. It is simply the best. I apply it nightly at affected areas and am almost sure it has completely cured the lichen sclerosus outbreak completely. Am simply to reluctent to stop the body butter treatment to confirm.
