I am giving this bag 2 stars out of 5 because it does not match the exact specifications in the description and photos provided. My bag only has one main compartment (not two) and no large central zippered pocket. I would return this bag if I didn't need it on Monday when my semester starts again. I am extremely disappointed. I specifically chose this bag because it needed to have a central laptop pocket and a main compartment on the sides. It is not. The laptop sleeve is also very large - about half the size of the internal one - which means my laptop doesn't "tighten" in it. Generally not happy. I've been arguing about a refund, but I don't have time right now.
