I do not recommend

The quality of the swimsuit seems pretty good. However, attaching the tutu to the swimsuit does not allow to go even further than the hips. My granddaughter can still wear a size 3. It's a 4. The sequins are beautiful. Too bad we either have to repeat it or give up. I would not recommend that.
