Failed to connect both earbuds at the same time. It was either just left or right, one at a time. and I tried several times to disconnect and forget the device. It may have been operator error, but I've had success with several other pairs of different brands that have separate buds since then. Initially I wasn't impressed with the sound quality but I'm a snob about sound quality so I just gave up. I really think that if you can pair them properly and don't really care about the sound quality for music or just want to use them for calls they should be a decent choice, especially considering the price!
