Review on Bosch 607335 Water Assembly Washer by Anthony Shepherd

This was an exact replacement for the valve assembly in my Bosch dishwasher, model SHE58C05UC/48. The item was in a bag labeled "Bosch". Connect the outlet hose and then attach the valve assembly to the frame before connecting the 90 degree elbow as it takes a lot of force to tighten the elbow. I recommend buying a new elbow for a good fit. The connection between manifold and valve is very tight. At first I used three wraps of tape on the elbow, but that was too much. The one turn rewind worked great, using a sickle wrench to tighten the elbow and a pipe wrench by squeezing the end of the sickle wrench to apply extra force. Thread seal tape is not required at the end of a compression fitting elbow. I also replaced the hose at the same time with a Fluidmaster B6W60 which came with an elbow. Use a rope to attach the old hose to the new hose and pull on it for easy replacement without moving the dishwasher. You will need to remove the door skin to have enough clearance to use the crescent wrench on the elbow. Watch the RepairClinic video for a replacement demonstration.
