So I just received the ring and bracelet. And, yup, mine were tarnished too. However, I have a bottle of Tarn-X on hand and dropped both into some Tarn-X for less than a minute and they both turned out like the online pictures. Actually the tarnish disappeared in second. So if you are patient, opened minded and have a bottle of Tarn-X, this will work out just fine. Of course jewelry should come as advertised, but if you are familiar with Pandora jewelry, this is a pretty good copy for a fraction of the price, so I was willing to roll with it and gamble on the tarnish knowing I could likely remove it. I think this was a great gamble.
