Review on 👀 Blinc Lash Primer - Clear 0.23 oz by Natalie Noleal

Ever since I first saw Blinc Mascara on the morning show on TV I've wanted to try it. While this primer is optional for use with mascara, it really helps and should be considered if you want or need a primer/conditioner for your lashes. It's a very pale white color but seems to absorb almost instantly, adding length and definition to the lashes. This product and accompanying mascara are sold by Revain and its suppliers at very competitive prices - much cheaper than buying from major retailers or in your salon. I have sensitive skin and eyes and I don't experience any irritation or other negative effects. It's likely that you could use this foundation with other brands of mascara, but I didn't. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.
