DOES NOT WORK with Surface Pro (model after Surface Pro 4). Yes, it fits into the charging port and charges your computer. BUT it will render touchpad mouse unusable, increase in frequency over time and even slow down your computer. I think anything that has such an extreme impact on an expensive laptop/tablet when it comes to power/power delivery is just not worth the risk to your machine's health. I finally settled on an expensive Microsoft charger as a replacement and now my laptop is working again without the frequent, weird and scary disconnects. If you lost your original charger, just get the official Microsoft charger. It's expensive, yes, but it's not worth the risk of buying this cheap third-party junk.
