Stops working after 8 labels. terrible experience

Worked well for 8 labels. After that, the color completely faded, as if the ink ran out, and then blank labels came out. followed the instructions and as said after I managed to install 8 labels correctly I uninstalled the software, checked all the cables are ok and reinstalled the software. and blank labels kept coming out. Spend your money on people from famous brands! Terrible experience
