Was working to replace the brake lever on the power cart

Had to do a little modification to work for me, the brake lever on the power cart that I purchased arrived with a broken right brake handle, I didn't want that Return some outdoor gear for a $7 pen. I had to drill through the brake handle to line up the cable stop with the brake, after that the handle works as intended and now I have an extra handle in case the other side breaks.
