The product is very user friendly and has many features which are easy for beginners as well as advanced users to use. It also offers live support whenever needed. I would like some more options in terms of customization so that it can be used by multiple customers at once without any issues. I am using this software mainly because my organization uses webair's services for storing our customer information. This helps us keep all the records safe and easily accessible from anywhere we need them. We have been able to save time while working with other databases.
