First off, I've used this style before (metal lash dividers) and they work the best. It is not my problem. I got it yesterday and threw it away right away. It WAS IN USE and was full of clumpy mascara. It wasn't even in the right packaging. I refuse to send it back because they will just sell it AGAIN. It's disgusting and so unsanitary. It's a great tool, but beware, you might get someone's USED refund. Pooh.
