This software has helped us manage contacts that are being sent emails by different campaigns at multiple locations around Canada (including home office).

It also allows me track how many people have opened an attachment vs only clicked through with no interaction which helps when determining who needs more training/support materials etc. There were issues initially getting this system up & running but once it had things seemed fine - however I am sure there may always come new updates so best not wait too long! A great way of consolidating data about your contact lists into one place; allowing easy management across various departments within my organization.
