I wasn't very impressed with this unit. I had two others before, both were much cheaper models and both worked much better. ZOOZEE leaves behind dog hair and other particles. It also seems to get randomly confused. It stops in the middle of the floor and turns around a few times before heading the other way. Definitely do not recommend this product. My Eufy was much better. Also creepy note. This thing will randomly call you the owner. What? Extra tip: I originally gave this item 3 stars, but then changed it to 1. The company came up with several excuses and offered me a set of accessories. A set of accessories isn't going to make things any better. Up to this point, I've only run Zoozy on vinyl plank floors. Today I tried it on my carpet. It literally sucks in the same spot multiple times until I move it to a different location. I've been watching this thing go back and forth in the same spot for the last 20 minutes. The attached video shows about 5 minutes back and forth in the same place. Don't waste money. This thing is useless. For the creator of this article, don't bother contacting me with new excuses. I've used two Eufy robot vacuums, both are cheaper and both work MUCH better than this one.
