Generally I wear a size large (or a women's 9), so that's what I ordered for these my first time around. I loved them, however they are super stretchy and after my 10 hour shift at work were pretty loose fitting . So I ordered a size medium next time and they fit PERFECT and continue to fit perfectly all shift!
