About a month ago I bought 5 64GB discs. I "checked" one of the drives upon arrival (plugged it in and did a simple file transfer) and everything was fine. I then added the disks to my "kit". I needed a system recovery disk on a laptop. When I tried to prepare it, it failed to format. I will also notice that my computer is acting strangely after I plug in the drive. That's it, the drive is dead and I can't access it from Windows or Linux. All my scans ran immediately (viruses, malware, spyware, etc.) and found nothing. Okay, that is good. I took out the second disk and started working with it - again the system was behaving strangely, slowly, Explorer not responding properly, etc. I tried the third disk and encountered the same problems. Maybe it was just me and my system, but next time I'll spend a little more money and get a better branded drive.
