**Update: The seller sent a replacement cable the day after I reported the problem to them and the replacement cable worked. Very good customer service. Original: The charging connector we received was too big for the Lenovo E585 port it was supposed to be plugged into. We tested both the original charging port and this port on the USB-C phone to ensure that the same original E585 charger also fits perfectly into the phone's USB-C port, but it didn't fit. That is not right.
