Very fast response and almost silent clicks. There are extra buttons on the side that are too easy to press, but that doesn't bother me as they aren't programmed for anything. The mouse is smaller and therefore may not be suitable for large hands. It's nice and compact (and light!) for on the go. Note that after about 5 minutes of inactivity, it goes into sleep mode and you have to press a button to wake it up. Unlike other wireless mice I've had, simply moving the mouse/cursor will not wake it up. Would definitely buy this again. In fact, I'll probably buy one for my daughter to replace her wired mouse.
