So I just have an expensive folio case. I've followed all the recommendations and it still won't connect. Make sure you check the connection immediately so you can undo it in the "return window" if you also get a non-working one. EDIT: The seller replied. worked with me Sent me another unit that works and kindly returned it after the standard return period. It gets 5 stars in my book.
