I've been using this for years - not for baby skin but for my aging skin. This is the best moisturizer I've ever tried. However, I am somewhat concerned about dimethicone intake. Dimethicone (also called polymethylsiloxane) is a silicone-based polymer used as a lubricant and conditioner. I only use it on my body, not my face. My hands are mostly where I use it as after washing dishes and gardening my hands feel like sandpaper. As an irritant, I can say that if I forget and touch my eyelid for some reason, it starts to flow. Since the level of dimethicone in this product is low (1.2%), I decided I would take a chance. I only gave 4 stars and not 5 because of the dimethicone it contains.
