After receiving the headphones, please clean the pins on the 3.5mm jack. This is both outside (metal part) and inside (slots that appear black). If you experience any of the following issues, it will most likely fix your issue: Playing track versus normal test audio. 2-tone in very low quality. For example muffled/unintelligible, static etc. 3- If your microphone sounds very bad. Cleaning the contacts is very easy. Dampen one of your fingers with water, cover the 3.5mm jack (metal part) with it, and then gently scrape it with a cloth. Don't forget to thread the same piece of fabric through the slits to make sure it's all usable. Otherwise these are pretty good headphones for the price. Just that little detail out of the box, and after you're ready to go.
