A few months ago I sprained my ankle and it doesn't hurt anymore when I walk, it can get tense with weird movements at times and tends to swell when I hike. I needed a reusable bandage that I could take off and put back on fairly quickly that would help stabilize my ankle and keep it from swelling. This guy works great! The only thing that bothers me: • It's a bit thicker than I would have liked, but that doesn't bother me as I wear hiking sandals when I go hiking. • The area where the Velcro has started to bunch up and pull the piece. It hasn't caused any problems so far and I doubt they will, but it's possible that the velcro won't hold up as well in the future.
