these clips do the job
I used several of these wire stays in my van to help manage some accessory wiring. I like to heat the adhesive with my heater dash vent to help insure good adhesion . So far they are doing fine and being black, they are hardly noticeable on my dash. a good solution.

- They get the job done but they are fragile so they break easily. Wouldn't buy again.
