Very easy to setup and manage plus good customer service
The best part about this product was its ability for me with my limited technical knowledge of computers at home (I'm not really tech savvy) - I could easily set it up myself without having anyone else there helping out! However once we started using all our features like remote desktop access via RDP & VNC etc., everything seemed very complicated when in reality they're fairly simple if you know what your doing? We are able use Remote Desktop Access from anywhere which has been great so far because now i can work even though im away but still be productive!! Also being an IT Support person who sometimes works alone while others have their own support team/personnel working remotely too makes life easier since everyone's connected 24 hours 7 days!
