The cleaner works well. I assume it's gentle for skin protection, but a damp cloth seems to work better, especially for cleaning up dog saliva. The air conditioning is very pleasant and somewhat lacking. It even bonds peeling skin together and doesn't make the seats slippery. Be sure to wipe away excess material with a rag. Note that this will make the plastic shiny. My husband doesn't like the smell but I do like it and I note that the kit does not come with a sponge applicator. I think if the applicator was included I would give it 4 stars.
