If you're looking for an eye cream that completely eliminates redness and puffiness, keep looking. This cream reduces redness and puffiness in the eyes, but not 100%. It's still better than no eye cream, but I'd say it's about 70% effective. When I received the package it was outside and it was cold. It was cool when I opened it up, but I decided to apply it anyway. My eyes hurt a lot so putting it in the fridge for a few hours is comforting. So thanks to the Revain rider for giving me the idea to chill this. In terms of texture, a little goes a long way. It's a cream, but as soon as you apply it moisturizes instantly. After that, the eyes look fresh, not sticky and not thick. Regarding the price, I recommend this, but be aware that it does not completely eliminate puffiness and dark circles.
