I ordered a size 7 as I usually wear a 7 and 1/2 and know that most silicone rings are a bit flexible these particular rings are a bit more durable than some of the other silicone rings I have used. So while 7 technically fits well, it's a bit tighter than I would have preferred. This silicone ring is excellent quality and if half sizes are incorporated into it I will definitely buy it again but am quite happy with it so far. If you don't like things that are "too tight" around your finger and you wear a half size ring, maybe try the next size up.
