Tailored for very slim girls. My granddaughter is 43 cm tall and five years old. She has a small baby bump but is otherwise slim. She usually wears 6X to fit her bump. I bought her a size 120. I think it was for 47 inches. And they had extra leg length, but they were very tight everywhere. They had no room to move. The pants themselves are very beautiful, comfortable, soft. My granddaughter was very disappointed. I checked the sizes to try and order another pair for her and I don't think anything would fit her based on pictures of young girls wearing them and how her size is based on size alone .
