The battery rectifier seems to power the radio perfectly. It looks like the Eliminator uses a battery box with electronics instead of a battery. The highlighter is always marked with Li-Ion Battery Pack. The sentence is bad. I spent 20 minutes carefully filing the edges and latch before it snapped into place. I used several small, very thin needle files to get into hard-to-reach places.
